2. Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.

We use the ParcelPanel Returns Portal to ensure a simple and transparent return experience:

- Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason.
- Print the return label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Sale or discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)
